Brain-e allow you to challenge your friends and see who is the fastest.

You begin with 10 neurons, and can bet them to win more and improve your rank.

Let say I bet 6 of my 10 neurons, if I answer the 10 true/false equations in an acceptable time (dependent of my level), I win 12 neurons (two times my bet) and then will have a stock of 22 neurons (10+12). If I fail I will lose half of my bet, 3 neurons, my stock will be 7 neurons (10-3).

Pretty simple yeah ?
